You will be prompted to enter your telephone number. A Team One agent will return your call shortly and will be able to further assist you. This pager is to be used for catastrophic claims only. Other non-critical claims can be reported directly to your insurance carrier using their toll-free claim number 24 hours a day. Your VIA Team One agent will be in contact with you on the next business day concerning a claim reported directly to your insurance company.
