Susan J. Andrews, has been owner and president of FirstChoice Insurance Agency since 2001. Over the last twenty years, Andrews has grown the agency to one of the top 20 independent insurance agency producers in Northeast Wisconsin.

Susan Andrews is affiliated as a member and past president of Oshkosh Rotary Club, served on the board of directors of Oshkosh Area United Way, member of Tempo International, is a Leadership Oshkosh Graduate and member of Independent Insurance Agents of America.
She is active in the leadership of the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce including 2003-2004 Chairman, member of its Executive Committee, as well as board member of Chamco, Inc., Boys and Girls Club and Bethel Foundation.

Andrews refers to two important awards presented to FirstChoice Insurance: the 2003 People's Choice Award and being recognized by her staff last year as being one of the Top Places to Work in Winnebago County.
Recently, Andrews was recognized, by the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, with the ATHENA Award for her example of excellence through volunteerism and professional success. The award is presented each year to deserving Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce members or employees who have displayed outstanding commitment to their profession, to the advancement of women and to serving the community.
Glenn Nelson
Investment Representative

Glenn Nelson provides a full range of financial services and products to individuals and corporate/business clients. Nelson is a registered representative and offers securities and advisory services through SII Investments Inc., member NASD, SPC and a Registered Investment Advisor.
The products and services offered include 401(k) retirement plans, business continuation planning, executive compensation planning, financial planning, individual retirement plans, asset allocation, college education funding as well as life insurance analysis.

Nelson has achieved many certifications that magnify his ability to provide sound counsel and trusted advice to clients. They include Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He has completed the NASD Series 6,7, 24, 63 and 66 and has licenses in life, accident, health, property and casualty.
In the community, Nelson is a graduate of Leadership Oshkosh, sits on the Winnebagoland Estate Planning Council, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is part of the Finance Ministry Group of First Congregational Church.

David Brand works to assist clients with employee benefits, individual life, disability and other life planning tools. His focus is to deliver an effective and consistent value to clients and represent their best interests with skill and integrity.

Marti Norton
Long Term Care Specialist

Marti Norton is Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC), Licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty Insurance. Her focus is to transfer risk and deliver protective solutions for clients. Her experience and product knowledge helps position FirstChoice as a destination.

Anita Lind
Group / Employee Benefit Specialist

Anita Lind provides employers with long term solutions to manage their employee benefit costs. She focuses on quality coverage with a high level of service, as well as employer and employee education.
Lind is licensed in life, health, property and casualty. She has obtained the designation of CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and CPIW (Certified Professional Insurance Women). She serves on the Development Committee of the Oshkosh Women's Fund and the Youth Ministry Committee at church.

Carol Danhauer
Billing Specialist

Carol Danhauer is a billing specialist with FirstChoice Insurance Agency. She joined the agency in 2004 after many years of experience in the accounting profession.
"Bookkeeping and Management Information Systems (MIS) are my duties with the agency. I really enjoy helping out where and when I am needed. If clients have questions I will do my best to answer them. If I can't I will find someone who can."
Julie Nowatske
Personal Lines Assistant

Julie Nowatske is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. Her responsibilities include assisting customers with insurance claims and policy endorsements. She works closely with the Account Manager to update and maintain client records.

Heather Langrehr is a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. Her responsibility is to handle claims and policy endorsements, maintain client records and assist the Account Manager.
Michelle S. Sorrell

Michelle Sorrell is a licensed Property and Casualty Agent and has completed her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. She assists our clients in making an educated decision on the insurance that best suits their particular needs. Michelle continues her education to increase her knowledge in specialized areas that will assist clients.

Rachel Cleven

Rachel Cleven has been in the insurance industry, as a commercial underwriter since 1988, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin / Platteville School of Business. Her industry knowledge and experience gives her a unique perspective of the challenges and complexities facing business managers. She is an excellent resource for commercial insurance clients.
Rachel Cleven has fulfilled the requirements for a professional insurance designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. Cleven is a Commercial Lines Account Manager and has been employed by FirstChoice Insurance Agency for five years.
